We had taken a brief vacation thinking that we had successfully put our store on "vacation hold" . We did not realize until returning home that orders continued to be placed in our absence. Evidently an error was made on our part when we tried to temporarily change the status of our store We have rectified all issues with buyers including non-response to e-mails and all orders have been shipped out. WE SHIP ALL ORDERS UPS GROUND UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. WE DO OFFER A SHIPPING DISCOUNT FOR MULTIPLE ITEM PURCHASES. SEE LISTING DESCRIPTION FOR DETAILS.
PLEASE ALLOW 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR DELIVERY AFTER PAYMENT IS RECEIVED
OCCASIONALLY, UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES MAY CAUSE THE SHIPPING TIME TO EXTEND BEYOND 10 BUSINESS DAYS. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, IF SUCH A DELAY DOES OCCUR.
SHIPPING TO CANADA, ALASKA, HAWAII AND THE UNITED KINGDOM WILL BE CALCULATED AUTOMATICALLY. THE ADJUSTED SHIPPING TOTAL WILL BE DISPLAYED ON THE PAYMENT PAGE AFTER YOU HAVE COMPLETED YOUR PURCHASES. ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS MUST EMAIL FOR A SHIPPING QUOTE
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept money orders/cashiers checks, Google Checkout and Paypal payments.. including debit and credit card Paypal payments. If you are purchasing a rug, lamp, or framed prints, or require shipment outside the continental US, you must wait for us to send an invoice with the proper shipping amount.
If you pay using a money order/cashiers check or a personal check, shipping will be delayed for up to 14 days until payment clears.
RETURN INFORMTION
We will accept returns (exchanges) for items that are damaged in transit, or that are defective upon receipt. Please contact us for details. WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE AND IS REPORTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT. If there is a problem with your purchase after that time, contact us. Under certain circumstances we may offer to exchange the damaged/defective item if it is determined (after it has been returned to us) that the damage/defect was not caused by the user.
Damaged After Delivery / Used Merchandise:
Credits for damaged and used merchandise will not be granted.
